This listing is for a KAHLUA Black Russian Lighted Advertising dry erase menu/message board...made by: HERITAGE SIGN ADVERTISING. It says inspected in 2001, so I guess that's when it was made, making it almost 17 years old. It is in good working order. But, it is old and has been used quite a lot judging by the scuffs and scratches that show up when lit. But, it is a working menu/message board...or a great conversation piece for any bar or pub! I suppose you use dry erase markers (maybe glow in the dark or neon colors) to write menu items on the board. It has brackets for hanging and a in-line on/off switch.
