Stunning vintage costume pin or brooch in the Art Deco taste, probably Austrian, 1920s–1930s, silver-toned metal featuring three overlapping circles in rhinestone with two faceted crystal beads flanking a central bead in frosted crystal, suspending five pendant filigree-set vertical bars alternating rhinestones and frosted crystal, the hinged pinback with safety catch, the total length approx. 2-1/4" by 1-5/8" wide. In very fine condition, with no breaks or losses. (Please note that the seeming discoloration on the back in the second photo is a reflection only.)
A particularly striking, animated example to provide an elegant vintage accent.

eBay holds every buyer's payment for two business days before releasing it to the seller.
This means that if you pay late on a Thursday night, your payment will not clear until at least Tuesday. If you pay on a Monday morning, your payment will not clear until at least Wednesday. Again, please take this into account.
