(ca. 1927).  Interesting promotional booklet 8” X 9” printed in black with turquoise borders.  Inside, there are 21 numbered pages printed on white (linen content?) paper stock.  Very detailed and expensively produced promotional for the entire state with excellent b/w photos. Appears to possibly have been exposed to some dampness in the past as there is light staining to the front wrapper which goes into the title page with resulting spine wear (reinforced with archival mending tape).  Faint vertical crease line, no doubt from being folded for mailing purposes. Despite the condition issue noted, in good- condition. Not in WorldCat.  This organization was the advertising division of the state chamber of Commerce.  Accompanied by a small flyer 3.5” X 6” issued by the Eastern Oklahoma National Colonization Company out of Tulsa which apparently sent this brochure to prospective “settlers.”  Insurance extra at buyer's request: no international sales: please ask any questions before bidding.
