    Description

American Motors Family Album, First Edition, 1969, LikeNew
This is the pictorial history of all the brands that became part of the American Motors Corporation family tree… from the first experimental Rambler in 1897 to the1969 AMX/Javelin/Matador/Marlin era. This book was published by the AMC Public Relations Dept, and is full of photos of such historic AMC brands as Rambler, Hudson, Jeffery, Nash, Terraplane, Essex, and LaFayette. The 563 photographs include nearly every model produced in each year. Also included are 72 photos of experimental and low production models. One sad note: Since the book was published in 1969, the iconic (forgettable??) Gremlin and Pacer were still on the drawing board and not included. Bummer!
