Really Unusual piece .. hand painted tall sailing ship looks like a Galleon to me has that lovely sheen that mother of pearl has, chatoyant iridescent luminous finely painted signed and dated can't make out the signature date is 2 numbers not sure about these either 96? 76? there's a top coat on here smooths out the brush strokes and protects the painting in silvertone metal -backing is tin lightweight.
