Art Nouveau Vtg Antique Big 3” Garden Snake Flower Brooch Gold Gilt Brass

Amazing 3D snake brooch in the Art Nouveau style. Age of brooch may be closer to Art Deco. The clasp replaced, but it works fine now.
There is a Czech style stamped brass filigree layer over which is laid a fabulous image of a snake wound around a frond of leaves. The snake’s mouth is open and it has something in the mouth. It’s eyes are painted or lacquered red. If you look closely you can see it has a friendly expression. The snake is a different color from the gold gilt background. It stands out beautifully.
This brooch is 3 inches by 2 1/4 inches in size.
The detail and work in this is beyond many other brooches I see, and it seems it must be by a known artist. If you know who, please let me know.
In any event, this is a spectacular brooch.
