    Vintage, cobalt blue, translucent Murano glass "starry night" or "moon and stars" clip on earrings.
    Impressed hallmarks, including a star, VE, and 925 indicate composition of sterling silver with gold-plating overlay (vermeil).  (See next-to-last picture.)

    Intact, functioning clips and gold finish.
