Due to the fragile nature of the items I sell I exclusively use Priority Mail. When I started on eBay many years ago I experienced a lot of damaged items on delivery. This was very disappointing for the buyer who was expecting a treasure! I met with the Post Office Staff who explained the differences between Priority and Parcel processing. They explained there was more monitoring of the line for Priority Mail and recommended that I switch to Priority delivery. Since that change I have had great success with a significant drop in problems with shipments. I spend a lot of time in the packing process to ensure safe travels for each package. I don't add a handling charge for this, it is an expectation for me and something you can count on with each purchase. I gladly refund both for the item and shipping cost if an item arrives damaged.
