Pretty porcelain dinner plate. Nicely decorated with large hand painted red poppies over a green, yellow, peach. and blue background. With gold gilding along the edge. Signed by the artist Cathy Fratto 86. Marked on the bottom in green with a crown over H & Co Selb Bavaria Germany Heinrich. This mark was used starting in 1939.
Has usage wear to the center and some wear to the gilding along the edge, but otherwise good condition with no chips or cracks.
Measures approximately 9 3/4 inches wide.
