    For sale is an antique Post Civil War Era Fort Sumer Charleston SC Harbor Photo Button in what appears to be a Military Themed Badge made by Whitehead & Hoag Co. in New Jersey. The badge is a beautiful silver tone with the eagle holding the American Flag.
    Measures about 1.5" x 2.25".
    I do not know any further history other than it came from a nice collection of other historical South Carolina ribbons, badges, and post civil war items.
    The photo is quite faded but partially visible at right angle. There is wear, tarnish on the silver badge.
