Shipments to the USA, since the beginning of April, are delivered in 45 days in average and it’s common tracking does not show any update for 30 days, while they are held by the American customs services. Until now we had no cases of missing items, but we recommend customers that cannot afford to wait this time to wait for better times to purchase items. Items bought until 12:00p.m. are shipped the same day, but for holydays. Due the fact many buyers do not leave feedback, we will leave it after receiving. We check all items before shipment to be sure they are fine

Shipping Information
Shipment time will depend on the destination country. In some countries, due the fact they have strict customs services, importation procedures might take some weeks. We recommend all buyers to check the tracking info and be ready for delivery. In many countries the local postal services demand a signature and in case the addressee is not present a note to arrange a new delivery date will be left. In case the item is returned by the destination country mail services, we will automatically issue a refund charging only the shipment fees. In case there is any problem or delay, please contact us. We will give prompt help. If items are damaged or lost during shipment, a rare possibility, we assume full responsability and offer the buyer a full refund or a replacement shipment.
