, and published by Tall Cotton Press in 1992 (ISBN Number: 1-881972-07-0). It is 275 pages long, and in 'new' condition; it has been
stored in an air-conditioned, smoke-free environment since it was purchased on a Route 66 "Road Trip". Please feel free to contact me with any questions, or if you would like any additional photos.

I ship Monday through Friday; I do not ship on weekends.
US Buyers: USPS Shipping (weight appropriate) with Delivery Confirmation (uninsured) in the US (Priority Mail options include insurance). Contact me if you want any additional services. I am also willing to meet for local pick-up on large items.
Buyers outside the US:  Shipping is by First Class International Mail (uninsured/no tracking) or by USPS Priority Mail International with Delivery Confirmation (insured and tracked, where available). Please use the Shipping Calculator or contact me.
* Note: I travel several times a year, during which time I can usually communicate, but am not able to ship. Rather than revise all my listing each time I travel, I will adjust the “Handling Time” to reflect how long I will be away. If you have any questions about this, please contact me.
