Vintage 80's 1985 US SMP Lantern Gasoline Green w/(Wrench & Spares Untouched)

Overall it stands approx 15" tall.
I can see the top of the wrench in the compartment but I am not sure what the other parts are..
I left it as original and untouched as possible.
Picket up from an estate sale about 10 years ago.
I don't know much more about it?
