Vintage Advertisement Ink Blotter Ponca Floral Greenhouse Co Ponca City OK

This is a beautiful vintage die cut card for the Ponca Floral Greenhouse in Ponca City, Oklahoma.
There is a cellophane overlay on the card which is actually where the printing was applied.
I am uncertain as to whether this was designed as an ink blotter but there are ink spots on the back of the card.
The card measures 6 x 3-inches and is in good condition.
