Vintage Hawaiian Hula Girl Postcard~ crank handle to make her Hula~Honolulu

Vintage souvenir/postcard Honolulu, Hawaii.  Crank handle works and hula girl does a little wiggle:)  No cracks or breaks in the rubber hula girl but I probably wouldn't turn the handle a lot.
