Vintage Large Heavy Duty Koch? Fiberglass Case Marked US Military? Waterproof?

Description

This is a very cool and exceptionally well made vintage fiberglass case / tote. It appears to be a military piece and to be water resistant or water proof.  It has some minor wear from age and and may benefit from a light cleaning.  We have had it for years and stored in our garage so it may have some light dust here and there but overall is in good vintage condition.  The construction is incredible.  We have only used it as a prop for a project but all seems to be working well.  We have added many photos including what appear to be stock numbers etc. It measures 28" x 19" x 10".  Please see photos for design and condition.  Thank you.
